Binance Blockchain Week Bangkok 2026 needed platform-wide Binance Pay checkout plus a custom tracked payment path into Cvent — scoped, customized, tested, and live on a tight two-week window.

Architected a desktop product from scratch: a React/Electron console with LLM-backed transcription and call analysis so operators can review recordings, transcripts, and case details in one place.
